Where will American Politicians Go For Better health Care?

A prominent Canadian politician has caused some controversy by eschewing Canada's nationalized health care system and instead flying to Miami for a minor heart surgery. He says "It's my health, it's my choice." That's a pretty pithy slogan. Maybe it will catch on here in the U.S.

Two questions: Will Obamacare be better or worse than Canada's system? And, where will our politicians go to get better health care once they've screwed the entire system up for the rest of us?
