Gruden is a fine coach, but not a coach that would reflect the Notre Dame attitude and philosophy. Brian Kelly is without question the top candidate. The guy is IRISH for cryin' out loud. And you can't tell me Kelly is recruiting the type of players that Weis is able to recruit.
